A Look Back

Although I wasn't blogging in 2010, I'd like to share my year with you. I accomplished a lot, especially  in regards to my running. I'll share my running story, but that's for another day.  

I kinda also want to do this post because I'm pretty sure my 2010 scrapbook isn't going to get finished in the near future (ever?). 

 January

 Rang in the new year with friends and my wonderful boyfriend.

Celebrated my 24th birthday.

February

  My Mom, sister, brother (just 1, I have 2) ventured into NYC to the Museum of Natural History.

 Played in the snow.

March

 

Attended a fun wedding on a rainy March day.

April

 

Ran first official 5k with friends to help me raise funds for my Team in Training marathon.

 Carrot cake cupcakes for Easter.  Bunnies jumping into their holes!

Visited the Camden Aquarium.

May

  Philly Broad Street Run with some of the best.

Sis graduated from college.

  Met up with sorority sisters for a reunion and said goodbye before leaving for San Diego.

 Had a farewell dinner with my gang.

June

 

I moved to sunny San Diego.  My wonderful sis flew with me bc the BF was driving all our stuff!

 Two days after moving to San Diego I ran my first marathon...the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon.

July

July was a lazy month of laying by the pool and exploring the San Diego area.

August

Still exploring.  There's so much to do and see in San Diego!  

I also found a job in August!

September

We enjoyed the Pacific Ocean.

October

Friends from NJ came to visit!  Had so much fun taking in the sights.

 

November

We had our first Thanksgiving away from home.

 

December  

Long weekend visit in NJ and got to see: 

 

My wonderful gang, friends since middle/high school

Sorority pledge sistas

and

the fam waited for me to get the tree!

We had our first Christmas in San Diego.  And we got a Keurig!

As I rang in 2010 I had no idea I'd run my first marathon or move across the country to San Diego.  It's been a crazy, wonderful, hectic, busy year and I wouldn't change anything about it.  

Here's to the future and whatever 2011 has in store.
