...my go tos for quick filling (healthy) dinner are:<br />a. hot veggie bowls- broccoli w/ crumbled tofu, beans (lentils,chickpeas), seeds (sunflower, pumpkin), nooch or parmesan cheese, ketchup. <br />b. smoothies: spinach, berries, egg whites, soy milk<br />c. monster fruit + veggie plate w/ hard boiled egg or cottage cheese.
